Every order is backed by works-or-refund (14 days). Fixes we cannot confirm are fixes you do not pay for.

Works-or-refund (14 days): if you follow a fix you bought and our re-check cannot confirm it on your live site within 14 days of purchase, we refund you.

How to ask

Email hq@pewterkit.com within 14 days of your purchase. Include:

• the site address you checked,
• your order link (the page with your fixes) or the email address you gave at checkout,
• which fix our re-check could not confirm.

We look at your re-check results, and when a fix is still unconfirmed we refund to your original payment method through Stripe. If we spot what is blocking the fix, we tell you that too.

Your rights

This promise comes on top of your statutory consumer rights, which stay in place.
